Who Can Apply

Graduating seniors who’ve played at least one sports season. Hard work matters more than medals.

Share your GPA (3.0 or higher), college costs, scholarships, FAFSA, and estimated family contribution.

Add a recommendation letter and short answers about who you are, what you care about, and how you lead.

How To Apply

Apply on the Whitley County Community Foundation's website.

Applications turned in after April 15th, or incomplete, will not be considered.

Selection & Notification 

A committee of Tim's immediate family will review all applications based on how well each student reflects the scholarship’s values, academic effort, and potential for future success.


The process is competitive, so share your story and how you make a difference.


The selected recipient will receive $1,000 toward college expenses, presented during the Senior Awards Ceremony in May.
